Each tablet contains Iron (III) Hydroxide Polymaltose Complex INN 188mg equivalent to Elemental Iron 47mg, Folic Acid BP 0.5mg, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate USP 61.8mg, Thiamine Hydrochloride(Vitamin-B1) BP 5mg, Riboflavin(vitamin –B2) BP 2 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride(Vitamin-B6) BP 2 mg, Nicotinamide BP 20 mg.
Zepiron-plus is a formulation of Iron Polymaltose Complex, Folic acid, Zinc & Vitamin B-Complex.
Prevention and treatment of iron, folic acid, zinc & vitamin B-complex deficiency disorders.
One capsule daily. Two capsules may be required a day in severe cases or as directed by the physician.
Hypersensitivity to any ingredients of the formulation.
As with all iron preparations, a dark coloration of the stool may occur, which is without clinical significance.
Generally well tolerated. Very little allergic reaction may be seen.
Recommended in pregnancy and lactation.
No interaction has been found between IPC and food or other drugs due to its non- ionic nature.
No intoxication or iron overloaded has been reported in case of overdose.
Keep in a cool (below 30°C) and dry place, protect from light & moisture.
